Directions

Heat oil in heavy saucepan, sauté garlic and onion until tender.

Combine remaining, not cheese, and stir into garlic mixture.

Cook sauce until it is as thick as you like.

Serve with pasta.

Ten minutes before serving, stir cheese into sauce.
