Directions
Preheat oven to 350℉ (180℃). Line 13x9 inch pan with foil; spray with nonstick spray. Combine cranberrries with sugar, flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix well and make well in center. Add buttermilk, egg whites and orange peel; stir until smooth. Fold in berries; spread in prepared foil-lined pan.
Bake 20 to 25 min. Cool in pan for 5 minutes, cut into 12 squares.
