Directions

In a bowl, cream together the cream cheese, and butter.

Add paprika, capers, anchovies, shallot, caraway seeds, and salt and pepper to taste.

Combine mixture well.

Pack into a crock and chill, covered for 1 day to meld flavors.

Serve cheese with crackers or toast points.
