Directions
Sauté onion and celery in butter until soft but not brown.
Stir in flour until well blended.
Add chicken broth, stirring constantly, bringing to a boil.
Remove from heat and put into blender and blend until smooth.
Then add peanut butter and cream.
Stir thoroughly.
Return to low heat, do not boil.
