Directions

Cook spinach according to package directions - drain, reserving liquid.

Add water to make l cup; set aside.

Heat l tablespoon oil on medium high heat.

Sauté beef, onions and garlic.

When lightly brown, add spinach liquid, spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce, salt and pepper.

Simmer for l0 minutes.

Preheat oven to 350℉ (180℃).

Combine spinach, macaroni, cheese, bread crumbs, eggs, l/4 cup oil. Pour this mixture into a greased l3x9x2 inch baking dish (I use two smaller round dishes in order to freeze one).

Top with meat sauce.

Bake for 30 minutes.
