Directions

Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water.

Add lime peel and juice.

Spoon in ice-cream, stirring until melted and smooth.

Chill until mixture will mound from spoon.

Spoon gelatin mixture into crust.

Chill until firm, about 2 hours.

Garnish with whipped topping, if desired.
