Ingredients

7 each russet potatoes
or 8, cooked and chopped

4 large eggs
hard boiled, peeled and chopped
½ cup pickles, gherkins
sweet pickles, chopped

½ cup celery
chopped
½ cup carrots
chopped
1 jar roasted red bell peppers
drained

Dressing:
¾ cup mayonnaise
or miracle whip
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
½ teaspoon sugar
¼ teaspoon celery seeds

Directions

Assemble salad ingredients in large bowl.

Blend together dressing ingredients.

Toss salad with dressing. Chill until ready to serve.
