Delicious Lemon Squares
These squares have a great lemon taste and look so good on a dessert tray. I found the recipe on The Pampered Chef card and they sounded so good I had to try them, I think everyone will like them. Easy to make and tasty.

Directions
Preheat oven to 325℉ (160℃).
For base, in a small bowl combine flour, butter and sugar, mix until crumbly.
Press into a greased 9-in. x9-in. baking pan.
Bake 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
For topping, zest 2 teaspoons rind from lemon. Juice 3 tablespoons lemon juice.
Add to a bowl with sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, baking powder, salt and eggs. Mix until well blended.
Pour topping mixture over base.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until nearly set.
Cool in the pan on a wire rack.
Sprinkle with icing sugar and cut into squares.
Store in refrigerator.
