Ingredients

1 pound sausage, bulk
hot or mild
2 cups cheddar cheese, very old, sharp
grated
3 cups biscuit baking mix (bisquick)

Directions

Combine all ingredients and shape into balls the size of walnuts.

Bake on cookie sheet at 350℉ (180℃) F for 15 minutes.

NOTE: Sausage Balls may be frozen before or after baking.

If frozen after, defrost and reheat at 350℉ (180℃).
