Directions
Cut broccoli into flowerettes, peel stem, cut into diagonal pieces.
Steam for 6 to 7 minutes until just tender crisp.
Meanwhile, in serving dish, whisk remaining ingredients for dressing.
When broccoli is cooked, drain and toss into dressing.
