Best Chunky Guacamole
Freshly homemade guacamole is a great accompaniment with tortilla chips, and it is so quick and easy to make, refreshing feeling through the whole body!
Ingredients

italian plum (roma) tomatoes

ripe and peeled, and coarsely mashed |

seeded and minced |

Directions
Remove the papery husk from the tomatillos.
Wash well, pat dry, core and finely chop.
Stir together the tomatillos, onion, and remaining ingredients in a medium bowl until well mixed.
Serve the chunky guacamole with homemade or store-bought tortilla chips.
