Ingredients

1 cup turkey
cooked and shredded, or chicken

½ cup carrots
shredded
4 tablespoons barbecue sauce
4 teaspoons salad dressing mix, ranch
light

2 small sandwich rolls
prefer whole wheat or whole grain

2 each lettuce leaves
romaine or iceberg

Directions

Mix together chicken, carrots and barbecue sauce in a bowl until well combined.

Spread ranch dressing evenly on the bun.

Top with the chicken mixture, then lettuce.

Serve and enjoy!
