Ambrosia (Fruit Salad)

 

An ice cream is topped with a mixture of fresh fruits and orange juice, which gives you the creaminess and sweetness with lots of refreshing taste.

Ingredients

1 each bananas
sliced
1 cup grapes, seedless
halved
2 each oranges
pared and sectioned
1 each kiwi fruit
peeled, halved lengthwise and cut across into 1/4-inch pieces
cup orange juice
1 cup vanilla ice cream
¾ cup coconut
shredded

Directions

Mix the banana, grapes, oranges, kiwi, and orange juice.

Divide the ice cream into four bowls.

Pour the fruit mixture over the ice cream and then sprinkle with the shredded coconut.

I like this recipe, but do you have to add the kiwi fruit?

You don't have to add the kiwi fruit, this recipe is quite flexible, you can basically add whatever your favorite fruits, such as apples, honeydew, or cantaloupe... They all work well in this recipe!
