Almost BLT Sandwich

A few slices of Canadian bacon, fresh tomatoes and crisp lettuce. Sandwiched between two slices of whole grain bread, a quick, easy, delicious and well-balanced meal.

Directions
Cook the Canadian bacon in a small nonstick skillet until both sides are browned, about 4 minutes.
Meanwhile spread the dijon mustard over one slice of bread.
Place the cooked bacon over the mustard.
Top with tomato slices, lettuce and remaining slice of bread to make a sandwich.
Serve.
