Almond Rice Pilaf
A simple quick and easy rice side dish. A great way to quickly dress up plain rice.
Ingredients

scallions, spring or green onions

soy sauce, sodium reduced

salt

Directions
Cook rice according to package directions or use a rice cooker so the rice is prepared in advance.
Mix and serve.
