| 3 | cups | flour, all-purpose | |
| 1 | teaspoon | cinnamon | |
| 1 | teaspoon | nutmeg | |
| 1 | teaspoon | cloves, ground | |
| 4 | teaspoons | pumpkin pie spice | |
| 1 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 1 | teaspoon | baking soda | |
| 4 | large | eggs | |
| 2 | cups | sugar | |
| 2 | cups | pumpkin | |
| 1 1/4 | cups | vegetable oil | |
| 1 | x | pumpkin seeds | chopped, or walnut or pecans |
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix all ingredients together.
Fill Muffin tin half full. sprikle with 1 teaspoon chopped nuts.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until tookpick comes out clean.
Cream Cheese (Optional)
Put 8 oz brick of softened cream cheese on a piece of wax paper and roll into a long log.
Put in freezer for about 1 hour.
Unwrap and cut with a sharp knife so each cream cheese disk equals about 1-2 teaspoon.s
Cut thick slices in half.
Push cream cheese disk on top of muffin before baking.
