Bananas, oats and yogurt make these muffins healthy and moist while the chocolate chips and walnuts add that touch of decadence.

Directions

Preheat oven to 400℉ (200℃).

Combine oats, flour, baking soda, baking powder, nutmeg, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl.

In a separate bowl, combine bananas, yogurt, milk, vanilla, egg and honey. Mix well.

Add dry ingredients into the wet and mix just until well incorporated.

If desired, add in the chocolate chips and / or walnuts.

Fill lightly greased muffin tins and bake for about 15 to 18 minutes.
