Spinach Salad

Ingredients

6cups spinach torn, fresh
1large orange seedless, peeled, and roughly chopped
1/4cup scallions, spring or green onions chopped
1/2cup mushrooms sliced
1tablespoon lemon juice
3tablespoons olive oil
1/4teaspoon salt
1/4teaspoon black pepper
3/4cup almonds slivered, toasted

Directions

Place spinach in a large salad bowl.

Add orange, mushrooms and onions.

Mix together lemon juice, oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

Ensure it is well mixed.

Pour over salad and add almonds. Toss gently.
