| 2 1/2 | cups | flour, all-purpose | |
| 1 | teaspoon | baking soda | |
| 2 | large | eggs | |
| 1 | jar | mincemeat | |
| 14 | ounces | milk, sweetened condensed | |
| 8 | ounces | candied cherries | green, halved |
| 8 | ounces | candied cherries | red, halved |
| 6 | ounces | apricots | dried, chopped |
| 6 | ounces | candied pineapple | chopped |
| 1 1/2 | cups | pecans | chopped |
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
Grease and flour 10-inch tube or fluted tube pan.
Combine flour and baking soda.
In large bowl, beat eggs, stir in remaining ingredients.
Blend in dry ingredients.
Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake 1 hour 30 minutes or until wooden pick comes out clean.
Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan.
