Ingredients

2 1/2cups flour, all-purpose
1teaspoon baking soda
2large eggs
1jar mincemeat
14ounces milk, sweetened condensed
8ounces candied cherries green, halved
8ounces candied cherries red, halved
6ounces apricots dried, chopped
6ounces candied pineapple chopped
1 1/2cups pecans chopped

Directions

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.

Grease and flour 10-inch tube or fluted tube pan.

Combine flour and baking soda.

In large bowl, beat eggs, stir in remaining ingredients.

Blend in dry ingredients.

Pour batter into prepared pan.

Bake 1 hour 30 minutes or until wooden pick comes out clean.

Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan.
