| 1/3 | pound | pork stew meat | |
| 1/8 | cup | flour, all-purpose | |
| 1/3 | small | onion | minced |
| 1/3 | tablespoon | hungarian paprika | |
| 1/8 | cup | water | |
| 1/8 | teaspoon | caraway seeds | |
| 1/3 | teaspoon | garlic | minced |
| 1/8 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 1/3 | can | mixed vegetables | 16 ounces, drained |
| 1/3 | each | sweet bell pepper | diced |
| 1/3 | large | tomato | diced |
| 1/3 | can | beef broth | 12 ounces |
| 1 | x | egg noodles | or rice |
Dredge meat in flour, then brown pork in hot oil in roasting pan in 400F oven for 15 minutes.
Add paprika and onion, water, caraway seed, garlic and salt. Cover tightly and bake at 325F until meat is tender.
Add peppers, tomatoes, and stock. Simmer covered for 15 minutes.
Stir in mixed vegetables. Simmer covered for 15 minutes.
Serve with wide noodles or rice.
