| 1 1/2 | cup | flour, all-purpose | bread |
| 1 1/2 | cup | whole wheat flour | |
| 2/3 | cups | rye flour | |
| 1/2 | cup | cornmeal | |
| 1/2 | cup | bran flakes cereal | flaked |
| 1 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 1/3 | cup | raisins, seedless | golden |
| 1/3 | cup | walnuts | or pecans, chopped |
| 1/3 | cup | sunflower seeds | |
| 1/3 | cup | poppy seeds | |
| 2 | tablespoons | caraway seeds | |
| 1 | cup | water | warm |
| 1/3 | cup | milk | warm |
| 1 | tablespoon | vegetable oil | |
| 4 | tablespoons | honey | |
| 1 | each | egg |
Add all dry ingredients. Then pour in the liquids, measure the oil before the honey and watch the honey slip right off the spoon.
Select the white bread cycle on your bread machine and push start.
This loaf may sag a bit in the center, but does not affect the texture or taste.
Did not try this yet. Since Bread machine has automatic time settings no one will worry that the Cook Time listed is 20 minutes! Looks good, but I would not put more than 7 3/4 cups total in my bread machine. This is enough for two batches for even a 2 pound bread machine.

Every Easter when I was a boy I looked forward to my mom's Easter pie. An Italian tradition, "Easter Pie", as it...
Egg became scrambled in the sauce. Wouldn't use eggs for a white sauce.
