Ingredients

1 piece bread flat peasant, or one large flour tortilla
1 x chicken breast grilled
2 slices bacon thick slab
1/2 each tomato diced
1/2 each avocado thinly sliced
1 x romaine lettuce chopped
1 x iceberg lettuce chopped
4 each red onion thin slices
2 tablespoons salad dressing, creamy chunky blue-cheese

Directions

Layer ingredients in the middle of bread or tortilla.

Roll tightly and slice on bias.

Crock Pot Pizza

This is an excellent dish. I put in 1 lb. of ground beef and 1 package of rigatoni and substituted 2 green bell peppers instead of mushrooms. I added one can of diced Italian tomatoes. Came out great. Makes a lot, but is very good.
