| 2 | cups | red cabbage | |
| 1 | each | green bell pepper | grated |
| 1 | each | sweet red bell pepper | grated |
| 1 | each | onion | red, grated |
| 1 | cup | mayonnaise | |
| 1/2 | cup | salad dressing, vinaigrette | |
| 2 | each | carrots | grated |
Toss vegetables in a glass bowl.
Combine mayonnaise and dressing and pour over and toss gently.
Cover and chill overnight.
