Ingredients

2 cups flour, all-purpose
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup yogurt, non-fat
1 cup cocoa powder
1 1/3 cups water
1/3 cup yogurt, non-fat
6 each egg whites
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 teaspoons baking powder

Directions

Mix flour and sugar.

Cut in shortening.

Add: cocoa, water and yogurt.

Beat 5 minutes at medium speed on mixer.

CHILL 1 HOUR MINIMUM.

Beat 1 minute.

Add 2 egg whites and beat 1 minute.

Add 2 egg whites and beat 1 minute.

Add 2 egg whites and beat 1 minute.

Add vanilla and beat 2 minutes.

Add baking powder and beat 2 minutes.

Pour into greased pan that has been dusted with cocoa; tube, bundt, loaf, or other shape.

Bake 1 hour 45 minutes approximately in preheated 300 degree oven.
