| 36 | each | vanilla wafers | crumbled |
| 1/3 | cup | powdered sugar | |
| 1/3 | cup | cocoa powder | |
| 1/3 | cup | butter | or margarine, melted |
| 8 | ounces | cream cheese | softened |
| 14 | ounces | condensed milk | sweetened |
| 1 | cup | chocolate chips (semi-sweet) | |
| 2 | large | eggs | |
| 1 1/2 | teaspoons | vanilla extract |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine crumbs, sugar, cocoa and margarine; press firmly on bottom and up side to rim of 9 inch pie plate.
In mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.
Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk then melted chocolate chips.
Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
Pour into prepared crust. Bake 30-35 minutes or until center is set.
Cool. Chill thoroughly. Garnish as desired.
Refrigerate leftovers.

Tastes really good, I tried with Soft Roti and Daal.
In this recipe, we use whole wheat pastry flour and all purpose flour, reduce the amount of the sugar, let the cookies appear much more healthy.
