One of my favourite Chinese dishes, because my Chinese friend likes it so much, which is definitely a good sign. Lots of textures and tastes delicious. I sometimes use leftover rice instead of noodles to make a fried rice. Yum.

A scrumptious vegetable dish made with asparagus, broccoli florets, carrots and spinach.

Not too sweet and packed with crispy nuts.

This scrumptious apple pie is great for special occasions, just make sure no one takes the name of your dessert serious.
