Carrot Passion Layer Cake recipe

A breakfast staple made with organic spelt flour, coconut oil and natural sweetener. Serve with maple syrup on the side and fresh berries or bananas or organic yoghurt. Another option is to soften some apple slices in a little bit of water, vanilla and dash of maple syrup until the liquid reduces and the apples are soft. Sprinkle liberally with cinnamon – reminiscent of apple pie!

This raw vegan key lime mousse SO easy and epitomizes the "blend and chow in under 5 minutes" philosophy that I am so fond of. Just throw all the ingredients in your blender and puree until smooth. Chill and Devour. How easy is that?

This great looking cheesecake has two creamy layers one strawberry and one vanilla. It taste as good as it looks. To avoid cracking, run the knife just trough the very top when swirling the strawberry puree.
