First time to make my own pita bread, and I was shocked by how they beautifully puffed. Then I realized it was not hard at all to make your own. Whole wheat flour gave extra tangy flavor, definitely well worth the efforts and will make my own pita bread from now on :)

Pumpkin puree and evaporated milk make this bread moist and delicious. It's made with 100% whole wheat flour, but it doesn't look, feel and taste whole wheat at all. It comes out soft and fluffy in the inside, and golden-brown on the outside. The aroma from the oven during the baking makes your entire house smell like a good bakery.

Almond and coconut add some delicious nutty and tangy flavor, made with oats, whole wheat flour and olive oil. Addictively delicious but good for you, and they are perfect for breakfast as well

Inspired by 1986 winner almond thumbprint cookies recipe, we came out an idea to make this low fat and low calorie version. The cookies came out absolutely delicious, but have a lot less fat and calories than original recipe. It definitely proves that healthy food can be also tasted good.

The biscotti turned out delicious, by adding white chocolate really enhanced the depth of the flavor, it gave the biscotti a softer and creamier texture, which let you being addicted to these yummy cookies. Almonds and dried apricots brought the rich nuttiness and sweet-sour juicy bites.

Peanut butter cookies are so classic. Made these chewy peanut butter cookies a few days ago for our snack, I made a few small changes (see the linked recipe below), and the cookies tasted delicious. You may find after 13 minutes or so, the cookies seem still too soft, take the baking sheet out of the oven if you want a bunch of chewy and soft cookies. Otherwise the cookies will become crisper in texture if you bake them a few minutes longer. Stil taste great!
