These are the kind of cookies that disappear from the cookie jar without anyone quite knowing where they went. Small, round, and coated in a crunchy layer of toasted wheat germ, they have a subtle nuttiness that’s completely addictive.

Directions

Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl.

Mix at low speed until well mixed.

Chill dough.

Roll into 1-inch balls. Roll in wheat germ. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350℉ (180℃). for 12 to 15 minutes.
