Ingredients

2/3 cup bananas mashed
1/2 cup butter softened
3 large eggs
2 cups flour, all-purpose
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon ground
3/4 cup water
1 cup walnuts chopped

Directions

In a mixing bowl, beat the bananas and butter until creamy.

Add the eggs and beat well.

Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon; add to banana mixture alternately with water, beating well after each addition.

Stir in nuts.

Spoon into a greased 9-inch square baking pan.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Cool.

Sausage in Cream Sauce

Wonderful flavors. I substituted 1/2 cup of white wine for 1/2 cup of the cream. Adjusting flavor with salt and pepper before serving is critical. My house still smells great from preparing this aromatic dish!
