| 4 | each | bananas | (fairly unripe, but not green) |
| 4 | slices | ham | |
| 6 | tablespoons | parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated | grated |
| 1/2 | cup | heavy whipping cream | |
| 1 | x | paprika | |
| 1 | x | salt and black pepper | to taste |
Peel bananas, sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika (be generous with this).
Wrap a slice of ham around each banana. Place bananas in a greased, oven-proof dish and pour cream over them.
Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top.
Bake at 400 degrees F. for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve cold (but not refrigerated).
