Ingredients

4 cups water
2 cans tomatoes, canned 12 ounces each
1/2 large onion chopped
2 each carrots sliced
1 can sweet corn
1/2 pound string beans cut into, 1 inch pieces
1 each hot chili peppers minced
1 x old bay seasoning to taste
1 pound crab meat

Directions

Put everything but the crabmeat into a large pot and bring to a boil.

Cover and simmer, adding crabmeat, for about 2 hours.

Use leftover crabmeat and clawmeat, which gives it a bit more sweetness.

If you're buying crabmeat, it's probably best to by 1/2 pound each of claw and backfin.

Old-Fashioned Crumb Cake

Okay...There is a typo in this recipe but once you get past it this a wonderful easy moist delicious cake.The recipe states to reserve 1 cup of flour/butter/cinnamon mixture for top-Well if you follow that it is not sweet.....It has to be a mistake.So add sugar to flour mix before reserving.I did not have milk so I used buttermilk,second I added choc mini-morsels.Very good,Very!!
