Skip the crust and dive straight into a protein-packed quiche that works for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Ten eggs bind together diced cooked turkey or chicken with chopped bell peppers, oregano, and a kick of red pepper flakes.

Everything gets whisked together and poured into a greased cake pan, then bakes until the center sets and the edges turn golden.

Serve it hot from the oven or cold from the fridge the next day. Either way, you get a filling, low-carb meal that reheats like a dream.

Pro Tips

  • Use leftover rotisserie chicken or turkey for easiest prep
  • Grease the pan well or use parchment paper to prevent sticking
  • Check doneness by inserting a knife in the center, it should come out clean
  • Cut into wedges and freeze individually for quick grab-and-go meals
  • Add shredded cheese on top during the last 5 minutes for extra richness
