Ingredients

Small capacity machine
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon caraway seeds
1 1/2 cups bread flour
1 1/2 teaspoons buttermilk, powdered
1 teaspoon yeast, active dry
1/4 cup raisins, seedless
Medium capacity machine
2/3 cup water
1 1/4 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 1/3 tablespoons sugar
2/3 teaspoon salt
1/3 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/3 teaspoons caraway seeds
2 cups bread flour
2 tablespoons buttermilk, powdered
1 1/2 teaspoons yeast, active dry
1/3 cup raisins, seedless
Large capacity machine
1 cup water
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons caraway seeds
3 cups bread flour
3 tablespoons buttermilk, powdered
2 1/2 teaspoons yeast, active dry
1/2 cup raisins, seedless

Directions

Put all ingredients except raisins into breadmaker.

Press start.

Add raisins after first kneading.
