Ingredients

19 1/2 ounces clams canned, drained, minced
4 large eggs well beaten
1/4 cup butter melted
1/3 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup onion minced
1/4 cup green bell pepper minced
18 each crackers, saltine crushed

Directions

In bowl, mix all ingredinets.

Pour into well-greased Crock-Pot.

Cover and cook on Low for 5 to 6 hours.

A Norwegian Coffee Cake
