| 3 | cans | clams | minced, drained, 6 1/2 ounces |
| 4 | large | eggs | well beaten |
| 1/4 | cup | butter | melted |
| 1/3 | cup | milk | |
| 1 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 1/2 | cup | onion | minced |
| 1/4 | cup | green bell pepper | minced |
| 18 | each | crackers, saltine | crushed |
In bowl, mix all ingredients.
Pour into well-greased Crock-Pot.
Cover and cook on Low setting for 4 to 5 hours.

This turned out really good. I didn't make the horseradish sauce, but the ribs were so tender the meat just fell off the bone.
