Ingredients

3 cans clams minced, drained, 6 1/2 ounces
4 large eggs well beaten
1/4 cup butter melted
1/3 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup onion minced
1/4 cup green bell pepper minced
18 each crackers, saltine crushed

Directions

In bowl, mix all ingredients.

Pour into well-greased Crock-Pot.

Cover and cook on Low setting for 4 to 5 hours.

Savory Braised Short Ribs
