Simple boiled chunk potatoes with butter, salt, and black pepper. Easy side dish with brown potatoes cooked tender in 25 minutes.

Half a stick of butter melts into the cooking water, coating each piece as it simmers.

Put in 2 quart pot cover in water.
Add ½ stick butter, salt and lots of pepper.
Bring to boil.
