Reduced-fat margarine, sugar substitute, and skim evaporated milk keep things on the leaner side, while cocoa powder and vanilla bring the chocolate flavor you are actually here for.

Directions

Preheat oven to 350℉ (180℃).

In a bowl mix flour, baking powder and salt.

Beat eggs.

Melt margarine. Add all ingredients to flour mixture.

Bake for 20 minutes.
