| 8 | ounces | ham | sliced, cut into half-inch squares |
| 8 | ounces | biscuit dough | frozen, or 1 can |
| 1 1/2 | cups | mozzarella cheese | shredded |
| 1 1/2 | cups | american cheese | shredded |
| 6 | large | eggs | beaten |
| 1 | cup | milk | |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | black pepper |
Press biscuits on the bottom of an ungreased 9x13 inch pan.
Sprinkle ham and cheese over biscuits.
In a bowl, mix the eggs, milk, salt and pepper and pour on top of the biscuits, ham and cheese.
Bake at 450F for 15-20 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
