Ingredients

8 ounces ham sliced, cut into half-inch squares
8 ounces biscuit dough frozen, or 1 can
1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
1 1/2 cups american cheese shredded
6 large eggs beaten
1 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Press biscuits on the bottom of an ungreased 9x13 inch pan.

Sprinkle ham and cheese over biscuits.

In a bowl, mix the eggs, milk, salt and pepper and pour on top of the biscuits, ham and cheese.

Bake at 450F for 15-20 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
