Ingredients

1/2 cup yogurt low-fat plain
Sauces
1 teaspoon sugar or sweet and low
2 tablespoons assorted jams low sugar
1 dash orange zest or lemon
2 cups strawberries sliced, or other berries

Directions

In blender combine all ingrediensts and zap till smooth.

Serve sauce over the berries.

Cabbage Roll Casserole
