Delicately flavored crab stuffed between fillets of buttery and flaky Dover sole. It's a match made in heaven and the ingredients perfectly compliment each other. Best of all it's quite quick and fairly easy to make!

Similar to sausage, eggs and potato but much healthier with perfect matching of flavors. Very easy to halve the recipe along with pictures.

A delicious and wholesome meal. Try to use whole wheat rigatoni if you can, it makes the dish even heartier.

These cherry cream cheese bars were divine. The cream cheese added the rich creaminess; I made my own cherry pie filling, which was packed with cherry flavour and not super sweet, also did a few changes to make these bars healthier (see the linked recipe below) but still decadent.

Simple to cook, delicious to eat.. I was a little bit positively surprised by the sauce.. Thanks for tasteful lunch..

I was out of Tofurkey Italian Sausage tonight and needed to substitute something else because I can't buy it. I had a cupboard full of Bob's Vital Wheat Gluten and some TVP, so I figured I'd try making it. When my hubby came home, he tried it and immediately said "Write it down! Write it down!" I guess he liked it!

This prosciutto, fontina and sun-dried tomato tart was brilliant. The combination of these three ingredients and the buttery-crispy puff pastry was absolutely delicious!

This is the best lassagna I have ever tried, basil-pesto definitely gave the whole lasagna tons of tasty flavor, also used low-fat milk and cheese, reduced the amount of fat, but the sauce was still creamy, asparagus was tender-crispy between the layered creamy stuffed noodles.

Something about bacon goes so well with spinach. Using a hot bacon dressing wilts the spinach just the perfect amount, not rubbery and not too mushy and packed with flavor.

Rich and dense sauce that's perfect for shrimp, scallops or salmon.

Grilled sausage, homemade tomato jam and sauerkraut make this sandwich a winner. Enjoy the smoky, sweet and sour flavors all in one bite, and it's a great change from hot dog!
