Very moist, flavorful bread. The apple cider gives it a nice flavor. I subbed dried cranberries for the raisins and for the nuts, I used chopped pine nuts. Thanks for this nice addition to my fall repertoire.

Be sure to spoon some of the yummy sauce from the bottom of the pan on top of the dumplings after they're baked, and serve hot with vanilla ice cream.

So yummy, my taste buds are still actively searching the taste of cinnamon, tender apples and warm-oozy cream cheese...

Crockpot meatballs in a tasty home-made BBQ sauce.

Loved the idea of infusing curry, chili powder and cumin seeds in the oil, which made the curry oil so flavorful. The combination of apples, bell peppers, celeries, raisins, and peas (I used peas instead of snow peas) was delicious with the curried rice.

I use McIntosh or a combination of McIntosh & Cortlands as my family and I prefer a softer apple filling that holds together (I NEVER use Granny Smiths)...

A delicious and moist blueberry coffee cake. By using most whole wheat flour, some vegetable oil, apple sauce and a small amount of butter makes this cake contain much less fat and more fibre without losing any yumminess.

These ribs were the most delicious Chinese ribs ever. So much more meaty, juicy and tender than Chinese take-out. Give it a go, and you will be pleased.

It's like German apple pancake. In this recipe, instead of apples, we use peaches; caramelizing peaches make the pancake fruity and delicious. A great breakfast to start your day.
