Unlike classic hummus, this one is made with chickpea, almond butter and light sour cream. It tastes incredibly creamy and delcious. If you are a big fan of all of these three ingredients, this hummus should on your to-make list. Enjoy :)
Had some fresh bell peppers, mushrooms, pizza sauce, scallions, and whole wheat tortilla, made up this Mexican Pizza for breakfast. Instead of mozzarella or Mexican cheese, I used Swiss cheese. The pizza came out super tasty and quite filling, and I also topped a pan-fried egg. Yum!
After a few potsticker recipes, I finally made my very first bunch of pot sticky buns (another popular food in China). They came out soft, and quite delicious. Nicely browned and crispy at the bottom. It's an excellent way to use up some of our fresh veggies.
