The tomato sauce worked deliciously well with the shrimp, olives and feta cheese. Used spaghetti instead of fettuccine, green olives stuffed with pimento instead of black olives. It was a very delightful dish, indeed.

I didn't like acorn squash so much in the past, but now I'm converted by this delicious soup. It was loaded with great flavor, and I couldn't stop eating it. I think butternut squash should work too. Have saved the recipe into my recipe box, and also sent it to my mom who loves squash soup.
These meatballs were very easy to make, and they had great flavor. We added the meatballs to the spaghetti sauce, and our meal was filling and delicious.
