Ice-cream/20 recipes

It was my first time making a carrot cake. I loved it, and so did my boyfriend. I frosted the cake with a mixture of butter and cream cheese, so yummy. This is a great way to eat carrots :)

This bread freezes well for 2-3 months if tightly wrapped. To serve, defrost overnight in the foil. To warm, place the thawed bread, still wrapped in foil in a 350F degree oven for 15-20 minutes. If reheated in this manner, the bread will retain its freshly baked qualities.

This carrot cake was quite easy to make, and it was delicious. I did make a cream cheese-butter frosting to make my cake more decadent, and it was definitely to die for! Loved it. Thanks for an easy recipe.
