Peas 'N' Salmon Loaf recipe
This classic Chinese appetizer can be found in many of Chinese restaurants. Fresh and crunchy veggies are wrapped into fresh tofu sheets, very similar way to wrap sushi. Usually served with soy-sesame or spicy dipping sauce.
Lovely mingle of flavours. I toasted the walnets. Used dried tarragon but soaked in the oils w/orgainc cider vinegar in advance. Oh yeah and added 1 clove of finely minced garlic. A big hit with or without the garlic. High class side dish using the fresh beans from my local country road farmer.
It's a real comfy meal, and I always serve it with some homemade cabbage, daikon or cucumber kimchi (see links below). Absolutely delicious!

I'm toning down the amount of creole seasoning that I use, because I tend to be a little heavy handed with it. The amount is an approximate - season to your taste. Fell free to substitute cajun seasoning for the creole. It's all about personal preference. Enjoy!!
