Amy's Blueberry Rhubarb Jam recipe

Another of Grandma's recipes.

In this recipe, we use both salsa and tomato sauce to make this quick and delicious chili. We like serve this warm chili over a toasted hamburger bun, but just having it directly from the pot is absolutely divine.

Like the name of the recipe, these veggie balls were absolutely wonderful. They came together nicely, and were packed with flavor. I have to say they are the best veggie balls I have ever had so far. I baked them in the oven for about 28 minutes to make them crisper on the outside.

A rich version of German apple pancake. Half and half adds the richness, using more apples than usual really highlights the apple flavor, and cinnamon gives the extra warmness. An ideal and delicious breakfast.

These muffins are super super moist and tasty. Blueberries, bananas and apple really moisten up these muffins, also whole wheat flour, oats and flax seeds add the nutrient and nutty-tangy flavors. They are great for breakfast to start a day!
