French nut cake/72 recipes

This coffeecake was absolutely divine on both flavor and texture. It definitely deserves at least 5-star.

Comparing with original recipe, this healthier version is made with whole wheat flour, half butter and half olive oil. Also decrease icing sugar from 3/4 cup to 1/2 cup, and it's still sweet enough to satisfy your sweet tooth.

The carrot cake was super moist and delicious, and the icing was buttery and creamy. Such an indulgence. I guess there are plenty of good-for-me stuff in the cake, so I shouldn't feel bad about eating one slice or two :)
