What is beef tamale pie, besides the most delicious thing there ever was? An aromatic mix of ground beef, tomato sauce and, spices, topped with a cheesy polenta style cornbread-like topping baked as a casserole.

A light yet very flavorful soup. You don't need much to serve, only a loaf of good bread.

For best results slice the cake chilled, but let sit 1/2 hour at room temperature before serving.

Roasted lamb with earthy mushrooms and a rich port wine sauce.

No tomato and not very cheesy but very delicious. Recipe for the pizza base as well as the topping. Use your own pizza base recipe if you prefer or a store bought one.
