Classic German pancakes are made with eggs, flour and milk, and baked in the oven. The puffed pancake tastes delicious with some powdered sugar or maple syrup, or top some fresh strawberries, or any fresh fruits you like. It's a quick, easy and delicious breakfast to wake you up in the morning.

I used fresh minced garlic and added some sliced green onion. I marinated skinless chicken breast cutlets for a few hours and grilled them briefly. Sprinkled with additiona sliced green onions and some toasted sesame seeds.

Miso and sesame paste made a delicious base for the stew. Soba noodles and tofu absorbed all the yumminess. Carrots, corn and peas added beautiful color to the stew. Tatsoi could be easily replaced by spinach, kale or Swiss chard. A wholesome and filling Asian style stew.

THis one was yummy.I heeded the advice of those who went before and used plenty of salt and also coarse chopped the spinach before cooking and skipped the processing. I didn't have any ricotta or tomato in the house and was dying to try it so I substituted extra firm silken tofu and just skipped the tomato. It was still delicious!

Inspired by the fresh peach tart recipe I made a few days ago, yesterday came out this fresh peach and plum tart recipe. This time I used a lot both freshly seasonal peaches and plums, and also made a 11-inch tart to satisfy my fruit tart craving. It came out beautiful and delicious, definitely the kind of dessert that I love to have in summer!
